Is it a subscription service?

Our monthly book boxes are not a subscription and we do not offer subscription services at this time. They are a one-time, non-renewing order.

When will my order ship?

Monthly book boxes ship the first week of the month they are featured for. Shipping days are Tuesday and Friday. If orders are placed BY 9pm EST on Monday and Thursday, we will do our best to ship out your order the next day. Otherwise, orders will ship on the next coming ship day.

How do preorders work?

Books for the following month will be announced on the first of the prior month. Preorders will then remain open for 1-2 weeks. New month boxes will then ship the first week of the month.

Ex: the monthly book box for November will be announced October 1st. Preorders will be open for 1-2 weeks. November book boxes will then ship the first week of November.

What if I miss the preorder window? Can I still order that month's box?

Preorders are a way to guarantee you will not miss out on that month's book. There will be extra boxes available for purchase after the preorder window has closed however, once they are sold out that's it! If a certain month catches your eye or peaks your interest, it is suggested to place a preorder!

Can I order just the book for the month instead of the entire box?

At this time, we are not offering each month's book as a standalone. In order to receive the book, you will have to purchase the box set. In the future, this may change so make sure you sign up for our email newsletters to stay up to date on announcements!

Can I return / exchange my order?

Unfortunately, orders are final sale and nonrefundable once shipped. If you have received your order and it is at all damaged or defective, please reach out to our customer service team and we will do our best to respond within three business days.

What if I need to cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order up until it has been shipped. Orders will ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. We do our best to fulfill orders as soon as possible to get your new items to you!

Can I change my shipping information?

We are happy to change your shipping information anytime prior to the shipping label being created. Once the shipping label has been printed, we are unable to change any shipping information. We ask that you double-check and re-verify all shipping information prior to completing order placement.
